Heroes Buy a Home

There are several key steps when making a purchase through our Heroes Home Advantage CA program.
This page will help explain step by step the process.

Step 1- Register for the Program

Register yourself or someone you may know that may need our assistance in this
purchase. Click on the Buyer Registration Form and fill out the form completely.

Step 2- Speak with a Realtor

A local Heroes Home Advantage Realtor from our Heroes Home Advantage CA program will call you within 24 hrs to go over the program and finish completing the registration process.

Step 3- Secure Financing.

Our preferred lender, Resource Lenders, Inc., will work with you and pre-approve you for a home loan. They will discuss with you terms and conditions of a home loan and inform you on the maximum loan amount you will qualify for. Once you are pre-approved, you will receive a loan pre-approval letter and now you are now ready to go house hunting.

Remember in order to qualify for credits and/or rebates one must use the Partners listed on the Partners page.

Step 4- Find a Home

Find your next home, make an offer and complete the purchase with your Heroes Home Advantage Realtor and you will receive 25% of the Realtor’s commission as a rebate. This rebate will be credited to you at closing and will appear on the Closing Disclosure.
