Heroes Home Advantage CA is a local program and is part of the national Heroes Home Advantage (HHA) program.

Our program promotes heroic awareness by giving back to America’s Heroes when they buy or sell a home. Heroes can save money by using a local Heroes Home Advantage Realtor and his/her partners to complete a real estate transaction.

HHA Partners are those such as loan officers, home inspectors, insurance agents, and other service providers listed on our Partners page.

Our Heroes include both active & retired military, law enforcement, firefighters, first responder, health care providers, and teachers.

Step 3 – Buy or Sell a home and receive 25% of the commission!

Buy or sell a home with your local Heroes Home Advantage(HHA) Realtor and receive 25% of paid commission as a rebate at closing.
